What if I get better?

by | Nov 29, 2023 | SSD - Social Security Disability |

That would be wonderful news! We love to hear when clients have made a recovery and are able to get back to work. If you are able to return to work after being found disabled, it is important that you notify your local social security office in order to avoid an overpayment. If you are working full time, and earning more than the substantial gainful activity amount, and also collecting SSDI, you will be receiving an overpayment. Overpayments will need to be repaid to the Social Security Administration.
